💗 Alamogordo Public Schools & the Special Education Department invite you to support COPE Center of Protective Environment through the Pajama Program!

Boxes will be available in Building A of the Administration building, 1211 Hawaii Ave, from December 2 to December 16. New books and pajamas can be added to these boxes. COPE is also in need of new batteries, pet supplies, pillows, towels, and laundry detergent. Monetary donations can be made out to the Center of Protective Environment of Alamogordo.

We’re collecting new hats & gloves to pair with every coat we provide to students in need. Your generosity will bring warmth, comfort, and hope to children and teens throughout our community.

On the 80th & 120th day of school, APS captures a snapshot of the bus ridership to report to NMPED. The information collected on this day is very important and impacts the funding our district receives for transportation. Transportation funding not only supports students' daily rides to and from school, it can also support in-district school field trips.

On Monday, December 1st, if your child is a bus rider please help us provide an accurate count by having them ride the bus. Thank you and see you soon!
